This Ethiopian microlot boasts flavour notes of Blackberry, Brownie, Sauvignon Blanc & Lime.
This coffee is cultivated by farmers from the southern area of Guji, Ethiopia. Small-scale farmers carefully select only the ripest cherries, which are then transported to the Wubanchi processing station.
The coffee is processed naturally, with ripe cherry left to dry with its skin and mucilage intact. The coffee is sundried for 15 to 20 days until it achieves the ideal moisture content. This method results in a sweeter and fruitier cup profile.
Natural process, medium acidity, smooth, round body and grown at 1980-2037 masl.
